LINK REIT (00823.HK) Chairman Duncan Owen said priorities at this juncture are to enhance the performance of its core property portfolio, dispose of non-core assets, and repurchase fund units when prices are attractive in order to enhance returns for unitholders. As part of its strategy to dispose of non-core properties, LINK REIT plans to relaunch its unit buyback program to enhance unitholder returns, and intends to use the proceeds from the disposal of SwingBy@Thomson Plaza for unit repurchases.
