Phase 4B of La Montagne in Wong Chuk Hang, jointly developed by KERRY PPT (00683.HK), SINO LAND (00083.HK), SWIREPROPERTIES (01972.HK) and MTR CORPORATION (00066.HK), conducted its second round of tender sales yesterday (20th). A total of six luxury units were sold in a single day, generating proceeds of over HKD330 million.
