Justin Chiu, executive director of CK ASSET (01113.HK), said at the AGM that the local property market has become much more active than before. Developers are still striving to reduce inventory and lower the number of unsold units on hand, while maintaining a prudent approach. Overall, both the commercial and residential markets have entered a phase of stable development, he said. The Group plans to launch four new projects, namely Victoria Blossom, 21 Borrett Road Phase 2, the project at Kam Tai Road in Yuen Long, and the Kai Ming Street project in To Kwa Wan in cooperation with the Urban Renewal Authority.
