The US and Iran clashed in the Persian Gulf, casting uncertainty over the four-week ceasefire agreement, foreign media reported.

Admiral Brad Cooper, commander of US Central Command, said US forces repelled attacks by Iranian drones, missiles and armed speedboats while assisting two US-flagged vessels transiting the Strait of Hormuz.
