Lei Jun tendered his resignation as a non-executive Director with effect from yesterday (25th), due to his other business commitments, according to KINGSOFT CLOUD (03896.HK)'s announcement. Following the resignation of Lei as a non-executive Director, he also ceased to act as the chairman of the Board, the chairman of the nomination committee, and a member of the compensation committee. On the same day, Zou Tao, the vice chairman of the Board, has been appointed as the chairman of the Board and the chairman of the nomination committee.
