Regarding a consumer's recent statement that a POP MART (09992.HK) Hello Kitty 45th Anniversary Series blind box purchased on 29 September 2019, was not shipped until 16 March 2026, POP MART responded that the order was placed through a blind box gacha machine in September 2019. The order could not be shipped promptly because the customer did not provide a default address at that time, and the Company retained the order items for the customer. On 9 March 2026, the customer logged into the Pop Draw mini program again, purchased other items, and provided a default address, which led to the system automatically shipping the order on 16 March, POP MART added.
