CIFI HOLD GP Expects 2025 Core Loss to Be RMB7.5-9B

It is expected that the net profit attributable to the equity owners of CIFI HOLD GP (00884.HK) would range from approx. RMB17 billion to RMB19 billion for the year ended 31 December 2025, compared to a net loss attributable to the equity owners of approx. RMB7.076 billion for the same period in 2024, as announced by CIFI HOLD GP. Excluding the impact of such one-off gain, the Group is expected to record a core loss attributable to equity owners of the Company ranging from approx. RMB7.5 billion to RMB9 billion for 2025, compared to approx. RMB5.825 billion for the same period in 2024, which is primarily due to the decrease in revenue resulting from reduced property project completions for revenue recognition, as well as a decline in gross profit margin caused by the market downturn.
