MTR CORPORATION (00066.HK) announced that the deadline for submitting expressions of interest (EOIs) for the Kam Sheung Road Station Phase Two Property Development was today (16th), with a total of 30 EOIs received, a number similar to previous occasions.

MTR stated that this fully reflects the advantages of property projects adjacent to railway station and that the relevant tender arrangements will be finalized as soon as possible.
