EU members are poised to discuss the possibility of expanding the operation intended to escort ships in the Red Sea to the Strait of Hormuz, said Kaja Kallas, the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy. Kallas believes this is the fastest way to fortify the security of the Strait of Hormuz.
