SH ELECTRIC (02727.HK)'s Automation Group and Shanghai Prime Mingyu Machinery Technology jointly signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the aviation industry with Zhejiang Huari Aviation Manufacturing and Zhejiang Tuanyuan Composite Materials. The four parties will focus on 'strengthening the construction of the aviation industrial chain to serve national strategies,' and engage in in-depth exchanges on the independent and controllable path of production equipment and components for domestic large aircraft. Pursuant to the agreement, the Automation Group will provide support with intelligent manufacturing equipment, while Prime Mingyu will focus on the R&D and manufacturing of aviation structural parts, fasteners, bearings and machining tools.
