JD LOGISTICS Spikes 14%+ as M Stanley Cites Mgmt Forecast for Sustained NPM Improvement in Mid-to-long Term

JD LOGISTICS (02618.HK) opened 6.43% higher today, and once soared 16.7% to a high of $11.99. It last printed at $11.72, spiking 14.12%, with 37.5373 million shares traded, involving $436 million. Morgan Stanley noted that JD LOGISTICS' 4Q25 revenue grew 21.9% YoY, with the Company targeting 20-25% YoY revenue growth in 2026. Of which, revenue growth for its on-demand delivery business is projected to be in the double digits, primarily driven by the integration of Dada and the low base effect for food delivery business in 1H25. JD LOGISTICS also planned to achieve 25-30% YoY net profit growth. The management expected the Company's net profit margin to continue improving over the medium to long term. The Company recently released its annual results for 2025. Turnover amounted to RMB217.147 billion, up 18.8% YoY. Net profit was RMB6.647 billion, rising 7.2% YoY, with an EPS of RMB1.06. Non-IFRS net profit rose 7.52% YoY to RMB7.384 billion. For 4Q25 alone, the Company's revenue rose 21.9% YoY to RMB63.531 billion, while net profit hiked 17.8% to RMB2.037 billion.
