BABA-W (09988.HK) established a full-stack AI layout comprising a 'basic infrastructure-model-product application ecosystem,' including three core segments, naming Qwen, Alibaba Cloud and Pingtouge, CMSI issued a research report saying. The broker believed that the group's full-stack AI advantages are reflected in several aspects. Of which, Pingtouge has built an autonomous and controllable computing power infrastructure, with the newly launched high-end AI chip Zhenwu 810E benchmarking against Nvidia's H20. Developing models based on self-developed chips will effectively reduce unit costs through model optimization and improved resource utilization. Therefore, the broker kept its target prices at US$204/ $198 for BABA-W's US stock/ H-shares, with ratings kept at Overweight, and maintained it as its top pick in China's internet sector.
