<Research>CICC: WYNN MACAU (01128.HK) Chairman's Club Expected to Bring Strong LNY Bookings

WYNN MACAU (01128.HK) announced its 4Q25 results, with a net revenue of US$968 million, up 4% YoY, recovering to 87% of 4Q19 level, according to CICC's research report. Adjusted property EBITDA was US$271 million, down 7% YoY, recovering to 78% of the 4Q19 level, below the market consensus of US$298 million.

Based on the hotel booking outlook, CICC indicated that WYNN MACAU is expected to bring back strong performance during 2026 Lunar New Year (LNY), mainly benefiting from the booking volume of the newly opened 63,000 square feet premium gaming area, Chairman's Club, at Wynn Palace, with strong business trends expected to continue into 2026.
