Spot silver prices underwent turbulence today (6th), initially plunging by nearly 10% during the early Asian session. It last rebounded by nearly 3% to USD72.9694 per ounce. The Thailand Futures Exchange announced a suspension of online silver futures trading starting at 10:24 AM local time due to triggering the daily price fluctuation limit.
