Despite improvements in Hong Kong's retail sales, Morgan Stanley anticipates that a decline in rental income will have reduced the dividend distribution per unit for FY26 by 7.3% YoY, compared to the market forecast of a 9.3% decrease, meaning that the distribution per unit for 2H26 will decline by 9.9% YoY.
