NEW WORLD DEV (00017.HK) is set to announce by the end of February its results for 1HFY26 ending December 2025, according to a report from Morgan Stanley. Despite improved residential sales in Hong Kong and reduced administrative expenses, Morgan Stanley still expects that NEW WORLD DEV will deliver a net loss and may continue to keep dividend distribution on hold.
