The bonus pool for some units at UBS' investment bank grew by up to 20% YoY last year, with the bonus allocation already announced internally, Bloomberg quoted sources as saying. The bonus pool for the Asian Global Banking division increased by approx. 18% YoY. UBS' 4Q25 results announced on Wednesday (4th) show that the investment bank business made a significant contribution to the Group's overall quarterly profit of US$1.2 billion.
