With the Lunar New Year (LNY) approaching, the demand for purchasing festival goods is soaring, leading to a YoY increase of over 35% in order volume for the food industry within CAINIAO Global Supply Chain. Li Jiabao, Deputy General Manager of CAINIAO Global Supply Chain's Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Division, stated that during the Spring Festival, CAINIAO Supply Chain will continue to leverage its nationwide direct-operated warehouse network and digital intelligence capabilities. By utilizing intelligent warehouse distribution, they aim to achieve near-site delivery, ensuring faster arrival of festival goods. In the meantime, by setting up front-end warehouses, they further meet the demand for LNY goods in quick commerce scenarios. Warehouses have been equipped with automatic packaging machines, sealing machines, and conveyor belts to enhance internal efficiency.
