Wu Bingxiang, Deputy Director of the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce, announced at a press conference that Guangzhou will distribute RMB50 million in government-funded dining vouchers in several rounds before and after the Spring Festival, according to Chinese media reports.
