TSMC (TSMC.US), the world's largest foundry, released its 4Q25 results. Quarterly net profit rose by 35% YoY to TWD505.7 billion (US$16.01 billion), beating market consensus of TWD478.4 billion. Quarterly EPS reached TWD19.5, equivalent to US$3.14 per ADR.

Quarterly revenue was TWD1.0461 trillion, up 20.5% YoY and 5.7% QoQ/ In USD terms, revenue amounted to US$33.73 billion, up 25.5% YoY and 1.9% QoQ.
