XPENG-W (09868.HK) has confidentially submitted a listing application for its flying car division, XPeng Aeroht, in Hong Kong, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter. The company has tapped JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley to facilitate its IPO, which could be completed as soon as this year. Several banks were reportedly invited by XPeng last year to bid for participation in XPeng Aeroht's IPO in Hong Kong or the US. XPeng Aeroht had completed a US$150 million financing in 2024.
