MINIMAX-WP (00100.HK) announced that the Over-allotment Option has been fully exercised by the Overall Coordinators last Friday (9th), in respect of an aggregate of 4.3796 million Offer Shares, representing 15% of the total number of the Offer Shares available under the Global Offering at HK$165 per Offer Share. The Company will receive additional net proceeds of approximately HK$697 million from the issue of the Over-allotment Shares Immediately after the full exercise of the Over-allotment Option, the total number of the Class A Ordinary Shares held by the public represents approximately 80.8% of the total issued Class A Ordinary Shares.
