Xiaomi SU7 Ultra 2nd-Hand Price Plunges RMB100K in ~1 Yr: Report

Prices of Xiaomi vehicles have plummeted in the second-hand market, with the SU7, SU7 Ultra, and YU7 models all experiencing varying levels of depreciation, according to Chinese media reports.

The lowest listed price for the SU7 known so far was only RMB153,000 in China, around RMB50,000 lower than the first-hand guide price.

The SU7 Ultra has depreciated even faster. Its average second-hand price has fallen to RMB412,000 in China, compared to its first-hand price of around RMB530,000 in early 2025. A semi-new SU7 Ultra has dropped by more than RMB100,000 from the original price.

In contrast, prices of the semi-new YU7s showed relatively better resistance, as they only decreased by less than RMB10,000 from the first-hand prices.
