NWDS CHINA (00825.HK) announced that Cheung Fai-yet, Philip has retired as the Chairman and an executive Director, with effect from today (9th). Cheng Kar-shun, Henry has been appointed as the Chairman and an executive Director, and Huang Shaomei, Echo has been appointed as the Vice-chairman and an executive Director. Henry Cheng resigned as a non-executive director and chairman of NWDS CHINA in May 2021, and his son, Adrian Cheng, succeeded him as chairman.
