John Lee: Govt Finances Likely to Turn from Deficit to Surplus This Yr

Chinese President Xi Jinping received the report from Hong Kong's Chief Executive John Lee.

Lee said over the past year, Hong Kong had steadfastly implemented the "one country, two systems" policy, firmly safeguarded national security, actively promoted a results-oriented governance culture, deepened reforms, developed the economy, and improved people's livelihood.
