According to China's State Administration for Market Regulation, the State Council Food Safety Office recently issued a notice to strengthen food safety measures during the New Year and Spring Festival periods.

The measures focus on key areas of food safety regulation, requiring enhanced risk assessments for school cafeterias and other centralized dining units, as well as their contracting enterprises and catering units.
