After the proposal for debt extension of CHINA VANKE (02202.HK)'s "22 Vanke MTN004" medium-term notes was not approved, CHINA VANKE offered creditors more favorable terms, Bloomberg quoted sources reporting. These terms included paying RMB60 million in interest for the RMB2 billion "22 Vanke MTN004" due on December 15 by December 22, with which CHINA VANKE sought to extend the grace period for the bonds from 5 working days to 30 working days and delay the principal repayment by 12 months.
