Feng Xingya, Chairman of GAC GROUP (02238.HK), announced at the 2025 Auto Guangzhou that the group's solid-state battery pilot production line in Panyu, Guangzhou was officially completed and commissioned. This production line successfully integrates the entire manufacturing process of solid-state batteries and is the pioneer in the industry to have the capability for mass production of automotive-grade solid-state batteries with a capacity of over 60Ah. This marks a critical step towards the group's goal of equipping vehicles with solid-state batteries by 2026.
