HSBC Completes 1st Cross-Bank Transaction in EnsembleTX

HSBC announced that it had completed a cross-bank transfer of tokenized HKD deposits for its client, Ant International, marking one of the first transactions since the Hong Kong Monetary Authority's Ensemble project entered the pilot phase of EnsembleTX.

The completion also signifies another milestone in the development of Hong Kong's digital currency ecosystem.
