Zheng emphasized that the service sector is an important component of China's economy, and its level of development is a key indicator of a country's overall economic progress. China's service industry still has vast potential for expansion and quality improvement. The fourth plenum of the 20th CPC Central Committee has made important arrangements to promote high-quality and efficient development of the service sector.

At the same time, it is essential to strengthen regular communication between the government and enterprises, combine targeted and broad-based measures to help resolve real difficulties faced by businesses, and promote the healthy and high-quality growth of the private economy.
