Starting from midnight last night (November 11), the prices of gasoline and diesel in mainland China have been raised by RMB125 per ton and RMB120 per ton, respectively, in light of recent fluctuations in international oil prices, based on the comparison of the average prices for the 10 working days before November 10 and the 10 working days before October 27, according to the prevailing refined oil pricing mechanism, said the Price Department of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC). The NDRC emphasized that major companies such as PetroChina, Sinopec, and CNOOC, along with other crude oil processors, must organize the production and transportation of refined oil products to ensure stable market supply and strictly adhere to national pricing policies. Relevant departments in various regions should step up market supervision and inspection efforts, strictly penalize behaviors that do not comply with national pricing policies, and maintain normal market order.
