MEITUAN-W (03690.HK) announced the issuance of five tranches of senior notes denominated in USD and RMB to professional investors. These notes are expected to be listed and traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of debt issuance from today (6th). Specifically, three tranches are USD-denominated senior notes due in 2031, 2032, and 2035, with a total principal amount of USD2 billion and coupon rates ranging from 4.5% to 5.125%.
