CPCA: Prelim Statistics Show 17% YoY Hike/ 8% MoM Rise in CN Oct's Sales of Pax. NEVs

The retail sales of passenger vehicles in Mainland China reached 2.387 million units in October, marking a 6% YoY hike and a 7% MoM rise, the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA) cited preliminary statistics. The aggregate retail sales so far this year have reached 19.395 million units, representing a 9% YoY growth.

Specifically, the retail sales of passenger NEVs totaled 1.4 million units, with a 17% YoY increase and an 8% MoM upswing. The total retail sales for passenger NEVs so far this year have hit 10.27 million units, showing a 23% YoY increment.
