The People's Bank of China (PBOC) conducted today (5th) a RMB65.5 billion seven-day reverse repo operation in the open market, with the operation rate remaining unchanged at 1.4%. Today, RMB557.7 billion of reverse repos matured, resulting in a net withdrawal of RMB492.2 billion. Additionally, the PBOC conducted a RMB700 billion outright reverse repo operation on the same day.
