Regarding the voluntary withdrawal of its listing status, PC PARTNER (01263.HK) announced that it received notification from HKEX (00388.HK) on October 31 saying that the Listing Committee has approved the proposed delisting from HKEX.

PC PARTNER will make further announcements once all conditions for the proposed delisting from HKEX are met.
