American alternative investment giant Blackstone (BX.US) plans to acquire TechnoPro (6028.JP), a company specialized in staffing in the technology sector, according to the Nikkei. Blackstone is expected to initiate a tender offer soon to acquire all shares of TechnoPro, said the report.
