LINK REIT (00823.HK) is weighing listing a real estate investment trust fund in Singapore, which will include some of its assets outside of China and Hong Kong, Bloomberg cited people with the knowledge of the matter. The company held preliminary discussions with advisors regarding a potential initial public offering (IPO), but it may decide not to proceed with the listing since the deliberations are still in the early stages, people familiar with the matter revealed. A representative from Link Asset Management Limited (Link REIT) declined to comment. Since 2024, only five companies have listed in Singapore, raising a total of USD39 million, Bloomberg data showed.
