HSBC HOLDINGS (00005.HK) announced the appointment of Russell Jackson, Global Head of Enterprise Risk Management, as Group Head of Internal Audit, succeeding Jonathan Calvert-Davies, who has led the Internal Audit function since 2019, effective today (3 June), subject to regulatory approval. Jackson will report to Brendan Nelson, Chair of the Group Audit Committee, and will be a standing attendee of the Group Operating Committee, whilst Jonathan Calvert-Davies is expected to leave the Group post a handover with Jackson.
