Francis Lui, Chairman of GALAXY ENT (00027.HK), expressed satisfaction with the business model transformation following the renewal of new gaming licenses. By reducing VIP and increasing investment in non-gaming businesses, GALAXY ENT managed to cut costs such as gaming intermediary commissions while improving gross profit margins. Furthermore, GALAXY ENT also successfully expanded high-end mass business, improving overall gross profit margin and supporting non-gaming business investments that have a longer return period.
