It is essential to ensure the legitimate autonomous business rights of merchants and resolutely curb malicious competition such as low-quality and low-price competition; adhere to positive and ethical platform algorithms, optimize algorithms for order distribution and instant delivery, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of all parties. At the same time, platform fee standards should be clarified, ensuring reasonable and transparent charges while actively taking measures to reduce the burden on merchants; regulate live-streaming e-commerce behavior, strictly manage the qualifications of live room operators and e-commerce anchors, and promptly take measures such as traffic restriction, suspension, account closure, and blacklisting against illegal activities like malicious price comparison, false advertising, and fake transactions, to vigorously rectify various irregularities.
