The action plan outlines a forward-looking, comprehensive, and systematic strategy for developing digital intelligent supply chains. It propounds leveraging new technologies such as AI, IoT and blockchain to implement a "one chain, one strategy" approach for digitalization, intelligent transformation, and visualization of supply chains.

By 2030, the plan aims to establish a replicable and scalable model for digital intelligent supply chain development, creating a deeply integrated, smart, efficient, and self-reliant supply chain system in key industries and critical sectors.
