COUNTRY GARDEN (02007.HK) announced that in relation to the Company’s pursuit of a holistic solution to address the Group’s material offshore indebtedness and the extension of the RSA Fee deadlines, holders representing over 70% of the aggregate principal amount of the Existing Public Notes acceded to the RSA. The Company understands that many other creditors are supportive of the Proposed Restructuring and are going through internal procedures for acceding to the RSA. The Company said that it is exercising its discretion to extend the Early-Bird RSA Fee Deadline from 5:00 p.m. Hong Kong time on 23 May 2025 to 5:00 p.m. Hong Kong time on 6 June 2025; and extend the General RSA Fee Deadline from 5:00 p.m. Hong Kong time on 6 June 2025 to 5:00 p.m. Hong Kong time on 20 June 2025.
