SWIRE PACIFIC A (00019.HK) and SWIRE PACIFIC B (00087.HK) have announced a proposal to spin off THAINAMTHIP CORPORATION PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED (TCPCL) for an independent listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). Swire stated that TCPCL is currently its indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary. The TCPCL Group is principally engaged in the business of preparing, packaging, distributing and selling non-alcoholic ready-to-drink beverages (NARTD) bearing trademarks owned by The Coca-Cola Company in 63 of 77 provinces in Thailand and in Laos.
