MEITUAN-W (03690.HK) would redeem all or some of that holder's 2027 Bonds on 27 April at 100.37%, as announced by MEITUAN-W. As of today (29th), the Company has received the notices of redemption to redeem the 2027 Bonds in the aggregate principal amount of US$1.4613 billion on the Put Option Date, and such early redemption has been completed.
