Temu, Pinduoduo's Overseas Edition, Adds Import Fees; Product Prices Spike 1x+

In response to Donald Trump's tariff measures, Chinese e-commerce giant Pinduoduo (PDD.US)'s overseas e-commerce platform, Temu, has begun imposing an "import fee" of around 145%, increasing prices of some products by more than 1x.

Temu explained on its website that goods imported to the US may be subject to import fees, which cover all customs-related procedures and costs.
