WGC: Global Gold ETFs Outflow US$2.1B in Nov, 1st Monthly Outflow Since Apr

Global gold ETFs saw monthly outflow in November for the first time since April, with a total outflow of US$2.1 billion, according to the World Gold Council (WGC)'s data.

Europe had the largest outflow of US$1.9 billion, while North American funds added US$79 million, being the only region recording inflows.

Total assets under management (AUM) fell by 4% to US$274 billion in November, but global gold ETFs remained positive with YTD flows of US$2.6 billion. Collective holdings dropped by 29 tons to 3,215 tons in November. Demand has turned from positive to negative by 11 tons YTD.
