The investigation found that two platforms, naming Tankecha and Lixiaoyun, sold a large amount of personal information of entrepreneurs, including billionaires like Zhong Shanshan, Nongfu Spring's founder, according to Chinese media. As for the source of the data, the salesperson of the two platforms advertised that they cooperated with the 3 major telecom operators in China.

In response, CHINA MOBILE (00941.HK) replied that the company would not sell any personal information of its users.
