CHINA VANKE Secures RMB7.339B of Guaranteed Loans From Several Banks

CHINA VANKE (02202.HK) (000002.SZ) announced that it has been granted guaranteed loans totalling RMB7.339 billion by a number of banks. Among them, it applied for bank loans from the Bank of China Shenzhen Branch with a total principal amount of RMB690 million and a term of 3 years. Three bank loans were applied for from the Agricultural Bank of China Shenzhen Branch, with an aggregate principal amount of RMB2.2 billion and a term of 3 years. The group also obtained a credit facility of RMB4.449 billion from the Bank of Beijing Shenzhen Branch. VANKE currently secured external guarantees amounted to RMB35.921 billion, accounting for 14.32% of its net assets as of the end of last year. AAStocks Financial News |
