Ningxia Provides Max. RMB10K Subsidies for Replacing Old Cars with New Ones

The Department of Commerce and 17 other departments of Ningxia have jointly issued the programme to promote the replacement of old consumer goods with new ones. For consumers scrapping their old cars and replacing them with a new one, a subsidy of RMB10,000 is provided for the purchase of passenger NEVs, while a subsidy of RMB7,000 is provided for the purchase of passenger ICEVs. For consumers selling their old cars and replacing them with a new one, the maximum subsidy is RMB4,000 per vehicle for buying passenger NEVs and RMB3,000 per vehicle for buying passenger ICEVs.
