Securities Times learnt from SINOPEC CORP (00386.HK) (600028.SH) that it recently signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Total Energies in Paris, France. According to the agreement, the two companies will, based on the existing cooperation, jointly explore opportunities for collaboration in oil and gas exploration and development, natural gas and LNG, refining and chemical industry, engineering trade, new energy and other sectors across the whole industry chain, utilising resources, technology, talent and other advantages of both sides.
